Who we are
Closer is a product of Driftwood Designs Collective, LLC, based in Jacksonville, Florida. When we say "Closer," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Driftwood Designs Collective, LLC and the Closer application.
What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the service:
- Account information: name, email address, company name, and role
- Lead data: customer names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and job details your team enters
- Usage data: how you interact with the app, features used, and session activity
- Communications: emails or messages you send to us
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, and device information, to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Closer service
- Send transactional emails including lead notifications, proposals, and alerts
- Respond to your support requests and communications
- Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of the service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your lead or customer data for any purpose other than operating the service for you.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database platform with industry-standard security practices. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate Closer:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Mapbox — map display and geocoding
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics on the marketing site
These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain your account and data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@closerconstruction.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and notify active users by email.
