Why we built Closer
Field sales for roofing is chaotic. Reps are knocking doors and writing estimates on their phones, managers are waiting for texts, and nobody has a single view of the whole pipeline. Leads fall through because someone forgot to follow up. Won jobs stall because nobody knows what stage they're in.
We built Closer because every enterprise CRM was too bloated, too expensive, and built for a completely different kind of business. Roofing crews needed something purpose-built — fast to set up, easy for reps on the road, and powerful enough for a manager running a 10-person crew.
Who we're building for
Small and mid-size roofing and construction companies in the US — 1 to 25 employees — who close jobs in the field and need a simple system to track leads from first knock to final nail.
We're headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, where we work directly with founding customers to build the features that matter most to real crews.
